Russia: The governor of the Belgorod region, Viatcheslav Gladkov, announced that more than 500,000 people are without electricity following a Ukrainian attack, while 200,000 do not have water and sewage.

At 06:00 in the morning, 556,000 residents of six municipalities were without electricity, and a similar number were without heating. Additionally, 200,000 people are affected by the lack of water and sewage. The Belgorod region is located near the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv.

At the same time, Russia has intensified its bombings on Ukraine, with at least four deaths reported in Kyiv. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned of the risk of a massive Russian attack after Russia rejected a European plan to deploy a multinational force in Ukraine.
