Kharkiv has been hit by the heaviest shelling, leaving more than 80 wounded and at least 7 dead. At the same time, Russia is stepping up its ground attacks in the Sumy region. A German intelligence assessment indicates that the Ukrainian attack on Russian airfields has damaged 10% of the Russian strategic bomber fleet, including the Tu-95 and Tu-22 bombers as well as A-50 surveillance planes.
