The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated that around twenty countries are at different stages of negotiations for agreements with Ukraine, of which four have already been signed. These agreements aim at diplomatic and economic partnerships, and the first contracts based on them are in preparation. Since the beginning of the war, Ukraine has used the experience gained in the conflict with drones to develop international relations. In April, the country signed defense agreements with Germany, Norway, and the Netherlands, and in March established security partnerships with Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.

Zelensky emphasized that partnerships in the field of drones could facilitate obtaining agreements for energy supply and opening markets for Ukrainian agricultural exports. Additionally, Ukraine intends to expand cooperation in the field of security in various regions of the world.
