Approximately 15 houses were destroyed, and over 8,700 structures, including schools and medical units, were damaged. In addition, 81,500 hectares of rice fields were flooded, and nearly 2,000 animals died. In this context, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh urged local authorities to quickly restore essential services and provide assistance to affected communities.
