A two-year-old girl from Brion, Spain, died after being forgotten in a car by her father. The man, who took his eldest son to school, received a phone call and, in a hurry, parked the vehicle without realizing that the little girl was left inside. The girl's mother only discovered later that she had not been taken to daycare.

At 4:00 PM, the girl was transported in cardiac arrest to the Primary Medical Assistance Center in Bertamiráns, but unfortunately, resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful. The incident occurred on a hot day, which contributed to the girl's dehydration. Authorities, including the Territorial Judicial Police of Santiago, are investigating the circumstances of the tragedy.
