Keith Kellogg, Trump's special envoy to Ukraine, will return to Kiev to discuss the war in Ukraine, on the sidelines of Steve Witkoff's visit to Moscow. Trump has given Putin a ten-day ultimatum to halt the conflict, threatening further sanctions if an agreement is not reached. While Russia insists on its demands, Ukraine is demanding a full withdrawal of Russian troops and security guarantees.
