American President Donald Trump commented on Russia's accusations that Ukraine attacked Vladimir Putin's residence with drones, stating that such an action 'is not good' and that it is not the right time for such attacks. Trump acknowledged that it is 'possible' the accusation is false, but mentioned that Putin confirmed to him that the attack took place.

These statements come after Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov accused Ukraine of launching 91 drones towards Putin's residence. On the same day, Trump had a 'productive' discussion with Putin, emphasizing that there are still issues to resolve in order to reach a peace agreement in Ukraine.

On the other hand, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed Russia's accusations, calling them 'an obviously false story' intended to justify the continuation of attacks on Ukraine. Zelensky emphasized the importance of maintaining international pressure on Russia to not undermine progress in peace negotiations.
