Finnish President Alexander Stubb urged the United States on Tuesday, through Donald Trump, to adopt measures that would force Russia to come to the negotiating table with Ukraine. Stubb, who recently spoke with European leaders and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, emphasized that the patience of Western countries, especially the United States, should be exhausted, citing the example of tariffs imposed on India for purchases of Russian resources.
