Hurricane Priscilla hits the west of Mexico on Monday, bringing torrential rains, strong winds, and rough seas. A tropical storm warning has been issued for Baja California Sur, from Cabo San Lucas to Cabo San Lazaro. Priscilla was located about 205 miles west-southwest of Cabo Corrientes, with maximum winds of 85 mph. The hurricane is expected to strengthen to a category 2 storm before weakening. Additionally, the southwest region of Mexico could receive up to 4 inches of rain from Priscilla, increasing the risk of flooding.
