The Thai military has announced restrictions for vehicles, tourists and traders at all border checkpoints with Cambodia, citing security concerns amid simmering conflict. Exceptions are allowed for humanitarian situations. The Thai PM emphasized that the measures are also aimed at combating scams in Cambodia. Relations deteriorated after recent armed clashes and Cambodia suspended fuel imports from Thailand.
