A fire broke out at the WB Electronics unit in Skarżysko-Kamienna, Poland, which produces components for unmanned systems used by the Polish and Ukrainian armies. The fire was reported after an intrusion sensor was activated. Surveillance cameras captured a masked person entering the premises, and nearby, a backpack and a hoodie were found.

Police, a team with search dogs and a drone, responded quickly, and the Internal Security Agency of Poland was notified. Although no casualties were reported, authorities are considering the fire as possibly intentionally set. WB Electronics is part of the WB Group, the main supplier of military technology in Poland, involved in the development of systems used by the Ukrainian armed forces. Against the backdrop of tensions with Russia, Poland is strengthening its defense capabilities, and officials warn of possible imminent provocations.
