A Shahed drone struck, on the night from Saturday to Sunday, a residential area in the Osnovianskyi district, in Kharkiv. The attack caused a fire and injured at least four people, according to the city's mayor, Ihor Terekhov.
The fire affected two private homes, and emergency services responded quickly.
Additionally, the city of Mykolaiv was targeted in a similar attack, resulting in one man being injured.
In the Sumy region, two civilians died after coming into contact with explosive devices. A 61-year-old man died on the spot, and a 50-year-old woman was fatally injured later.
Local authorities issued a warning about the risks in areas close to the border with Russia, mentioning that in the last 24 hours, Russian attacks have resulted in the death of one civilian and the injury of six others.
