Authorities in Kharkiv reported that at least 11 people were injured in a drone attack, including a five-month-old baby and two children. The drone struck near a residential building, causing damage. Five injured are hospitalized, and locals face terror from Russian attacks. In another incident, a 75-year-old woman was killed. The Russian army has made significant progress in Ukraine, now controlling 19% of the territory.
