On Tuesday morning, Russian forces launched a combined attack with drones and missiles on the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, causing significant disruptions in the supply of electricity and water. Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced on Telegram that an attack on the eastern bank of the Dnipro River led to these disruptions. Additionally, a non-residential building was hit during the attack, and one person was injured. Unofficial news channels published images of apartment blocks in darkness, highlighting the impact of the attack on residents. Tymur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv military administration, mentioned that a storage area was damaged and several vehicles were set on fire as a result of the attack.
