The Russian deputy minister stated that the authorities in Kiev resort to "provocations" to sabotage the peace negotiations, which are at a delicate stage. Following a drone attack on President Vladimir Putin's residence, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced that Russia will revise its position in the negotiations for resolving the Ukrainian conflict.

Lavrov stated that, although Russia will not withdraw from negotiations with the US, its positions will be adjusted due to Ukraine's actions, which it considers state terrorism. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky denied Ukraine's involvement in the attack and accused Russia of undermining the peace process, calling for an appropriate response from American President Donald Trump.
