Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko have filed a lawsuit against Priscilla Presley, seeking more than 50 million dollars in damages. They accuse her of fraud and improper use of her name and likeness, concealing the sale of licensing rights many years before. In the past, Presley has sued them for elder abuse. Kruse and Fialko claim they invested time and resources into revitalizing her brand, but were subsequently excluded and defamed.
