A drone struck an apartment block in St. Petersburg in an attack blamed on Ukraine.

The explosion occurred in the northern part of the city, damaging the facade of a residential block. The incident comes shortly after Russia bombed Odessa with drones. The death toll has risen to 3 and the number of injured is thought to be in the dozens. The drone that hit the block managed to evade Ukrainian anti-aircraft systems, which had a high success rate in shooting down enemy weapons.
