Poland wishes to develop drones alongside Ukraine in order to protect European airspace.

At the conference 'The Path to the Reconstruction of Ukraine', held in Rzeszów, Poland, Prime Minister Donald Tusk presented an ambitious project aimed at developing a fleet of combat drones. This project aims to bring a 'unprecedented technological leap' in the field of drones, relying on Ukraine's technical expertise. The modern fleet of drones will serve to protect Polish and European airspace from aerial attacks. Tusk emphasized that financial resources from Polish national capital and European funds will be mobilized for the implementation of this project, with the goal of advancing Europe's technology.

Additionally, the Prime Minister discussed the need for solid military security for the reconstruction of Ukraine, emphasizing that economic recovery depends on the cessation of the conflict with Russia. The conference was a prelude to a major summit on the reconstruction of Ukraine, scheduled for June in Gdansk.
