Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia have expressed their concern that Russia may launch attacks under a "false flag" against NATO targets, using Ukrainian-made drones.

These warnings come in the context of uncertainty regarding the U.S. commitment to the NATO alliance. Intelligence assessments suggest that Russia may be planning attacks that would generate "political chaos" within NATO.

The Kremlin's spokesperson dismissed these accusations, calling them "horror stories."

In the face of threats, Lithuania has deployed the army to protect critical infrastructure, while Latvia has strengthened security around dams and gas facilities.

Poland is also reinforcing the security of electrical networks and is analyzing alternative routes for gas imports.

In this context, authorities in Europe have observed an increase in suspicious activities, including mysterious drones that have been recently discovered.
