Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has arrived in Washington for a meeting with American President Donald Trump, in a context marked by divergences regarding the strategy towards Iran, Lebanon, and security in the Middle East. The visit, the seventh since Trump returned to the White House, aims to strengthen the relationship between the two leaders, while the agenda of discussions includes the Iranian nuclear program, Israeli military presence in Lebanon and Gaza, as well as other sensitive issues, including the possible sale of F-35 aircraft to Turkey.
