Foreign ministers from the UK, Germany, Poland and Spain meet in London, two days after Ukraine's allies issued an ultimatum to Russia for a ceasefire. British Foreign Secretary David Lammy stressed the importance of unity in defending Ukraine's sovereignty. The talks will focus on maintaining pressure on Russia and strengthening European security.
