On Friday night, Kharkiv, Ukraine's second largest city, was the target of a massive Russian drone strike, injuring 47 people, including an 11-year-old child. Mayor Ihor Terehov reported strikes in 12 places in the city, which suffered significant damage. President Zelenski condemned the attacks on civilians and called for a strengthening of Ukraine's air defense capability. Elsewhere, Russian attacks in other regions have left four people injured and a resident of Herson dead. Russia denies any intention to target civilians.
