A massive attack with Ukrainian rockets took place in the Belgorod region of Russia, causing severe damage to the energy infrastructure, according to statements from Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov.

He announced on Telegram that the attack led to the interruption of electricity, water, and heating supplies in homes, affecting both the city of Belgorod, located 40 km from the border with Ukraine, and the surrounding areas. Gladkov emphasized that the extent of the damage will be assessed during the morning.
