A man with dual Russian and German citizenship, wanted on suspicion of incitement to murder, was caught in Bucharest after ordering the murder of a creditor's daughter.

Romanian police have detained a 44-year-old man with dual Russian and German citizenship on suspicion of incitement to murder in Germany. He hired a Moldovan national to kill the daughter of a man to whom he owed more than €80,000. The murder took place in Berlin, where the victim was stabbed to death. The man was caught in Bucharest less than 24 hours after the international arrest warrant was issued. He will be handed over to the German authorities.
