A large fire broke out on Tuesday in a warehouse in the Southall area of west London, mobilizing approximately 150 firefighters. Witnesses reported hearing 'huge explosions', and firefighters stated that three-quarters of the structure is in flames. Twenty-five fire engines have been sent to the scene to combat the fire, which has affected both the warehouse and a commercial space.
Due to the dense smoke generated, authorities have warned residents to close their doors and windows. So far, the cause of the fire has not been determined, and firefighters have classified the situation as a 'prolonged incident', highlighting the complexity of the mission. As of now, no casualties have been reported.
