Additionally, Macron held discussions with Lebanese leaders, including President Joseph Aoun and Prime Minister Nawaf Salam, insisting on a return to a ceasefire agreement and urging them to pressure Hezbollah to stop attacks on Israel. Following the escalation of the conflict, over 83,000 people have been displaced.
