Alexander Lukashenko, the self-proclaimed president of Belarus, warned that Ukraine risks disappearing as a state and called on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to come to the negotiating table. Lukashenko insinuated that Ukraine's western neighbors might try to conquer territories, evoking the history of the Great Patriotic War. He also commented on possible deliveries of Tomahawk missiles from the U.S. to Ukraine, emphasizing that calm must be maintained in this regard.
