The Kremlin has reacted to US President Donald Trump's claims that Vladimir Putin has "gone completely mad" after the massive attacks on Ukraine. Spokesman Dmitry Peskov explained that Trump's remarks could be caused by emotional overload and thanked the US for its help in initiating peace talks.
