Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that Putin's March 18 order to suspend attacks on energy sites in Ukraine has expired. Although both Moscow and Kiev have accused each other of violating the moratorium, they nevertheless acknowledged progress towards a partial ceasefire. In the context of the negotiations, Trump proposed a full ceasefire, but was rejected by Putin. Russia says it remains open to talks, while the US threatens to suspend mediation if no progress is made.
