Ramzan Kadyrov, the Chechen leader, declared that Russia should initiate a military operation against NATO countries that provide support to Ukraine, including weapons and information.

In a post on Telegram, Kadyrov stated that Russia will not remain passive in the face of NATO actions and emphasized that it is time for Russia to use force. He mentioned that the units of the Chechen special forces are ready to carry out orders from Vladimir Putin.

In the context of NATO support for Ukraine, at the summit in July, member countries promised 70 billion euros in military aid by 2027. The U.S. also announced the transfer of technology for air defense systems and provided information for attacks on Russian infrastructure. According to the Kiel Institute, the aid provided to Ukraine by the U.S. and European countries has exceeded 384 billion euros since the beginning of the Russian invasion.
