Lebanese authorities reported that three people were killed and another 11 injured following Israeli attacks carried out in various regions of Lebanon. Two brothers died as a result of a drone strike that targeted a car in southeastern Lebanon, amid the intensification of Israeli attacks against Hezbollah. The Israeli army confirmed that it carried out attacks in the Shebaa region, targeting Hezbollah members involved in arms smuggling. Additionally, another attack occurred in the town of Barashit, where a man was killed and four others were injured. Israel justifies its actions by the desire to prevent Hezbollah from rebuilding its military capabilities, given that the organization has been weakened by the recent conflict. Although a ceasefire has been in effect since November 2024, attacks continue almost daily, and the United States is pressuring Lebanon to disarm Hezbollah.
