Israeli attacks in Gaza have resulted in the deaths of at least six people, including Al Jazeera cameraman Ahmed Wishah and a child, according to health officials.
Al Jazeera condemned the attack, calling it an "atrocious crime," while the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) accused Wishah of terrorist activities. The Gaza Ministry of Health reports that over 1,000 people have been killed since the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas came into effect. In another attack, four members of a family were killed, including two children, which sparked outrage among locals who claim they have no ties to Hamas.
The UN also reported that 70% of the population in Gaza needs humanitarian aid, despite improvements in food conditions.
The ceasefire agreement calls for the disarmament of Hamas and a technocratic government in Gaza, but its implementation remains uncertain.
The latest conflict began on October 7, 2023, when Hamas attacked southern Israel, causing a significant number of casualties.
