An Israeli attack on Gaza's Nasser Hospital on Monday killed at least 15 people, including four journalists, Palestinian health officials said. One of the journalists was working for Reuters. Witnesses said the second attack came after rescue teams, journalists and others jumped in to help at the scene of the first strike.
