The Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD) has published a report highlighting the European Union's failure to effectively block sanctioned Russian media sites such as RT and Sputnik, which continue to be accessible in many member states. The study looked at the application of sanctions in Germany, France, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, finding that Slovakia has the worst results, with Poland following with over 50 accessible domains. France and Germany implemented the most effective blocking measures.
