The Hungarian government has decided to ban rap band Kneecap from entering the country for the Sziget festival, citing accusations of anti-Semitism and glorification of militant groups Hamas and Hezbollah. The band, known for its pro-Palestinian messages, has caused controversy in the past, including at Glastonbury. The Hungarian authorities issued a three-year ban, saying their presence would affect national security. Although festival organizers have not been officially informed, they have not yet excluded Kneecap from the program, stressing that the festival does not promote hatred or prejudice.
