Between 24 and 27 June, Bulgaria will ban the movement of goods vehicles with a total weight of more than 20 tons on the Ruse-Razgrad and Ruse-Veliko Tarnovo roads due to the heatwave. Exceptions are made for dangerous goods and perishable foodstuffs. The Romanian authorities are not imposing similar restrictions as weather conditions are normal. CNAIR advises hauliers to avoid congestion at the border.
