Two people were injured in a shooting attack near a mosque in Orebro, Sweden, with police investigating the incident as attempted murder.

The incident took place on Friday during prayers at the mosque in Boglundsängen and police were alerted at 13.45. The victims were transported to hospital but their condition is unknown. The area has been cordoned off and the authorities have asked people to avoid the area. It comes after a tragic incident in February when ten people were shot dead in a school in the same town.
