Giorgio Armani Group has announced the construction of its first luxury real estate development, Armani Beach Residences, in the United Arab Emirates, in partnership with RAK Properties.

The Armani Beach Residences project will take place on Raha Island in Ras Al Khaimah and will include luxury villas and apartments with private beach access and panoramic views. Giorgio Armani emphasizes that these residences reflect his iconic style, integrating haute couture aesthetics into the design of the homes. The project will offer luxury amenities, concierge services and an exclusive beach club, contributing to the Ras Al Khaimah 2030 development strategy. This initiative marks 25 years of Armani Casa and reinforces the brand's position in the lifestyle space.
