CipSoft transfers 25% of its annual profit to its employees in the form of a royalty, equivalent to 85% of their annual salary. The company posted annual profits of €14.5m, up 22% on the previous year. The company is recognized for its game 'Tibia', launched in 1997, which has a very loyal community.
