The families of 12 British victims of the Air India crash have discovered that the repatriated remains were misidentified. Lawyer James Healy-Pratt said the errors were discovered when the coroner checked the DNA. This has caused additional trauma and the families are seeking guarantees that there are no other mislabeled remains in India. They are also demanding compensation and answers about the causes of the crash, and intend to take both Air India and Boeing to court.
