The USA launched a new series of airstrikes against Iran on Wednesday evening, just hours after President Donald Trump declared at the NATO summit in Ankara that the ceasefire between the two countries could be considered nullified.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guards announced that they struck American bases in Kuwait and Bahrain on Thursday, in response to the attacks launched by Washington in Iran, and threatened that they would also extend their attacks to other countries in the region.

“The United States still does not understand that intimidation and failure to respect their commitments no longer remain without consequences,” said Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf in a statement published on X.
