On the night from Sunday to Monday, November 24, the city of Izmail in the Odesa region was shaken by explosions, in the context of an air alert caused by the threat of Russian drones. The Ukrainian Air Force warned that drones were heading towards the southern part of the Odesa region from the Black Sea. At 11:46 PM, authorities confirmed that the drones had entered the territory of the Izmail district, advancing towards the localities of Kilia, Izmail, and Reni. Explosions were reported around 12:06 AM.

On the same night, the city of Kharkiv was massively attacked with drones, resulting in 4 deaths and 17 injuries, including 2 children. Additionally, the Odesa region had also been targeted the night before, when drones attacked energy facilities and civilian infrastructure, leaving over 10,000 users without electricity and damaging at least 5 houses.
