Authorities in the Chernivtsi region of Ukraine decided on Tuesday to evacuate 14 localities near the border with Russia and Belarus due to daily Russian bombings. The head of the regional military administration, Viaceslav Chaus, announced that the evacuation concerns communities such as Novgorod-Siverski, Semenivka, and Snovsk, where approximately 300 people live. These areas are constantly bombarded, and the evacuation must be completed within 30 days. This year, over 1,400 residents have already left the border area. Russian attacks have intensified, especially with drones and missiles, targeting Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Ukrainian authorities continue to order mandatory evacuations in conflict-affected areas, while diplomatic efforts to end the war continue.
