The leader of the Dutch far-right party (PVV) has resumed his electoral campaign after announcing a brief suspension due to threats to his security. Geert Wilders, known as a long-time critic of Islam and immigration, has been living under armed protection for decades. The campaign suspension occurred following reports that he was the target of an alleged Islamist terrorist cell in a foiled attack.
