Torrential rains in Bahia Blanca, Argentina, have killed at least 13 people and forced hundreds of residents to evacuate. The city was badly affected, with entire neighborhoods left without electricity and a road destroyed. The government has earmarked €10 million for emergency aid and the province of Buenos Aires has sent equipment and supplies to affected areas.
