The Chinese Ministry of Commerce has announced that it will investigate EU practices related to obstacles to trade and investment by Chinese companies. The move comes in response to investigations launched by the European Commission against Chinese trade practices it considers unfair. China said its investigation is prompted by a complaint from the China Chamber of Commerce and covers products such as locomotives, photovoltaics and wind power.
