A bomb threat has led to the suspension of air traffic at Brussels Charleroi airport. The incident occurred on Tuesday morning when a plane arriving from Porto with 166 passengers on board was placed under a security perimeter. The competent authorities intervened, closing the runway and interrupting airport operations. Charleroi airport is an important European hub for Ryanair.
