The Red Code warning is valid in the counties of Constanța, Călărași, and Ialomița, where heavy rains are expected. The forecasted amounts of water can reach between 110 and 120 l/m² in short periods of time or through accumulation, which can cause flooding and severe weather conditions. Additional details about the validity period of the warning will be communicated.
