Specialists draw attention to the risks of local flooding due to recent and forecasted precipitation, which can generate runoff on slopes and flash floods in small rivers. The warning focuses on the rivers in the Bistra basin, as well as on the Galben and Cerna Rivers. Authorities recommend avoiding travel near watercourses and monitoring updates from ISU and the National Administration 'Apele Române'.
