After a series of accusations of avoiding debates, George Simion and Nicușor Dan have agreed to take part in a confrontation organized by Romania TV, scheduled for Wednesday evening at 20:00. The debate will last about three hours and details of the format have been negotiated by the two candidates' campaign staffs. This will be the third debate in which both candidates have taken part, after having been involved in previous events, but also having had non-participation moments in other confrontations.
